1) I Use an App called "Pocket"
There is an app on Android called "Pocket".
2) And use their desktop Site as well called "Getpocket"
Whenever I come across any good, worthwhile article, I copy the URL & add this to pocket. See Image

3) How do I listen to ?
Now go to the mobile App & Use the "Headphones" Icon, that's it. And yes, Using Tags can get you to any subject of your choice whenever you seek it!
